Outsource2Lithuania - the Best Choice on Near-Shore Outsourcing

Outsource2Lithuania presentation

Goal

Outsource2Lithuania project was started by the Association Infobalt in 2004 as a response to members' suggestions and   initiatives. It is aimed at uniting the Lithuania's information technology and communications (ICT) business corporations, who are potentially exporters of products and / or services. The goal of the Project is to achieve that the Lithuanian ICT business corporations take the leading position among the providers of ICT offshore outsourcing service in Europe. It also seeks to develop Lithuanian ICT products and services, encourage the exports to international markets, and contribute to establishment of a positive image of the Lithuania's ICT market. Although Lithuania has no image in this field for the time being, it has every precondition necessary to establish such an image. According to Gartner Inc. experts' evaluation, the growth of ICT resource outsourcing market has constituted some 40 per cent over the last year alone. Lithuania, among other countries of the Eastern Europe, is rated as one of the most attractive providers of this type of service.

Our Mission

For achievement of the goals of the new project, efficient international marketing efforts are to be employed including dissemination of the information on a web portal, through international exports web sites, and specialist editions in print, presentation of the Lithuania's ICT potential at various ICT offshore services forums abroad, enticement of potential partners, as well as Governmental institutions and agencies, to promote the Project internationally. The participants of the Project shall be offered a training course (embracing marketing, exports, outsourcing specifics, international business public relations, participation on business missions, etc.).

Why should you choose Lithuania as a partner?

According to the Project's policy, any strategic decision on the Project's activity shall be taken through a consensus of all the Project members.
